MAUSER/ICS TRACK RECORD
Billion dollar multinational Mauser Packaging Solutions, Inc and its subsidiary Industrial Container Services (ICS), which Mauser acquired in 2018, have an alarming track record of corporate wrongdoing. The companies have been cited and/or fined by numerous regulatory agencies, including OSHA, the EPA, L&I, and the NLRB, for polluting the environment, ignoring health and safety protocols, violating federal labor law, and harming workers.Â
Mauser/ICS has faced intense pressure from NGOs, faith-based groups, elected officials, labor unions, and environmental organizations to clean up its act. But most of the company's misconduct continues unabated. Most recently, Mauser/ICS ruthlessly locked out a group of 20 workers at an ICS facility in Seattle during contract negotiations. Workers have been picketing the facility since April 14, 2025.Â
